Bi-Weekly Fleet Inspection – Service Description

Our bi-weekly fleet inspection program keeps your vehicles safe, reliable, and operating at peak performance. Every two weeks, we conduct a full preventative maintenance check designed to catch issues early, reduce downtime, and keep your fleet work-ready.

Inspection Includes:

Full Grease Service Grease all manufacturer-recommended points including suspension, steering components, driveline, brake components, and other high-wear areas.
Hydraulic System Check (if equipped) Inspect pump operation, lines, fittings, cylinders, leaks, and overall hydraulic performance.
Brake System Inspection Check air or hydraulic brake systems, slack adjusters, hoses, chambers, pads/shoes, and parking brake function.
Engine & Drivetrain Check Inspect fluid levels, belts, hoses, filters, coolant condition, visible leaks, abnormal noises, and overall drivability.
Electrical System Inspection Test headlights, markers, turn signals, brake lights, backup alarm, PTO controls (if equipped), and inspect wiring for wear or damage.
Tires & Wheels Check tread depth, sidewalls, air pressure, hub seals, lug nuts, and overall wheel condition.
Safety & Compliance Equipment Inspect fire extinguishers, triangles, steps, handrails, mirrors, and confirm road-readiness.
Body & Equipment Check Inspect doors, latches, toolboxes, liftgates, PTO systems, auxiliary equipment, and any vehicle-specific attachments.
Documentation & Recommendations Provide a full report with noted issues, recommended repairs, and photos upon request.
